You can know what’s right and still not live it. That gap doesn’t come down to knowledge — it comes down to discipline. Scripture draws a line between who you are and what your body wants (1 Corinthians 9:27), so not every impulse should be in control. For a believer, discipline is what determines whether your life actually lines up with what you say you believe. "Would you rather exercise discipline in your life or be disciplined?"
